New Website, new chapter of life!
Allow me to first say, welcome to my first ever website and I hope your experience here is great and most of all fun!
Now, I'll be frank not everything is "final draft" but helpful feedback on navigation, layout and communication would help out a bunch! And another thing I will make note of is that not everything I have made in the past is obviously posted here... yet. Reason being is that my gallery is huge, BUT I am showcasing the best of the best I have to offer to the public for their browsing pleasure. I am also going to be using this site as an online portfolio and place where people can come and ask for commissions.
I see that since I am getting into the rhythm of being a professional partner with writers of all backgrounds, I believe now its the time to present myself professionally to the world.
With that out of the way, let's answer a few questions:
Will you still be on "DeviantArt"?
Answer: Absolutely.
DeviantArt has been my genesis; I have been active on the platform since 2009, and the site has bore witness to my growth as not just an artist but also as a person. I've made friends, I've made foes, and I did meet my husband through that llama-ruled mega gallery. Sure, we all have or hiccups and cringe-worthy moments with posts and comments... but, then again, who hasn't?
I will continue to post regularly there until the site itself - by some freak accident - disappears into cyber-space, so be still my lovelies. I'm not going anywhere. Just think of DeviantArt as my summer house and this website is my new fancy house.
Will you be sharing "Rose of Sharon" here?
"Rose of Sharon" and other projects of ours deserve their own websites and places for the fans to hub around and have fun. By all means, I will post occasional art for the series here, but not everything. If you wish to read the comic online you can always hop over to either Tapastic, Webtoons or the website when it launches!
Will you give tutorials here?
You just read my mind! I do plan on releasing some tutorials here, but again I need to get used to the interface of this website and make sure it will be accessible and readable for everyone.
Now, with all that being said, I hope you all are excited as I am. Again, feedback to help improve the experience is much appreciated. Any suggestions, comments or other questions you all know where to find me.
Thank you all!
